Riconoscere la Dipendenza Affettiva è fondamentale per chicchessia. In prima linea, ogni genitore dovrebbe interrogarsi sulla propria disponibilità affettiva nei confronti dei figli, la quale è assolutamente indispensabile per permettere a loro di crescere in modo sano. Il mestiere del genitore è molto difficile, ma per quelli che hanno intenzione di amarsi in modo sano e responsabile per amare il bambino nella stessa maniera, è fondamentale sapere come fare. E abbiamo tutti dentro un bambino che ha avuto bisogno di amore e attenzioni. Per ognuno, come detto, è importante stare bene, stare bene veramente. Credo che per poter realizzare ciò, bisogna imparare a conoscersi e ad amarsi senza voler dipendere da nessuno, pensando che quello, che non sappiamo fare per noi è responsabilità degli altri. La responsabilità del nostro benessere sta in noi stessi. Buona crescita a tutti!
